Trilutions Computer & Internet Centers Galesburg.net Anti-Spam Policy Abuse of our Internet access and e-mail account service is considered a violation of our "TOS Agreement". We consider Spam mail a serious offense. Spam is when you use your account to send unsolicited commercial e-mail, otherwise know as "Spam." Prohibited E-mail Activities: Commercial e-mail: Defined as sending unsolicited commercial emails. This is prohibited. You are not permitted to user your Galesburg.net account or e-mail alias/account to send unsolicited commercial or private e-mail. Using an e-mail address hosted anywhere on Galesburg.net's service to collect responses from unsolicited commercial e-mail is prohibited. Any commercial solicited e-mail must have a way to be removed from the solicited list. Acceptable ways to be removed from list are being able to be removed by (but not limited to) submitting to a webpage or replying to the e-mail to be removed. If there is not a valid and accepted way to be remove you are in violation of the TOS Agreement. Mail Bombing: Defined as sending large volumes of unsolicited e-mail to individuals from your Galesburg.net account. This is strictly prohibited. Harassment: Defined as sending threating or harassing e-mail after being requested to stop, is prohibited. Extramely threatening or harassing e-mail is never allowed. Fraud: Defined as incorporating a false subject line, false return address, or false transmission path in to any e-mail sent using Galesburg.net's services is strictly prohibited. We at Galesburg.net feel that spam is very annoying and a serious offense. Any customer found using his of her account for spamming purposes will have their account deleted. If you violate our policy, we will make a report of the matter and report it to the proper authorities. We are not trying to censor anyone, we just ask that e-mails are subscribe to and that the person requested them.
